A Relaxing Camping Experience

Our charming campsite offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, perfect for those looking to explore the historic and picturesque surroundings of East Sussex. Located just two miles from the beautiful town of Rye and a 10-minute drive to the golden sands of Camber, our campsite is the ideal base for your countryside adventure. So if you've just come off the Euro Tunnel or the Folkestone and Dover ferries, come and visit us, we're not far away.

Our campsite is designed for tents, campervans and motorhomes (up to 6 metres in length). Spread across two spacious fields totalling 2.5 acres, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own little slice of tranquillity. We have 30 pitches, 16 of which are electric pitches, you can enjoy a peaceful and uncrowded camping experience.

Unfortunately, our licence doesn’t accommodate caravans or motorhomes over 6 metres in length. However, for those seeking a touch of luxury, we also offer a delightful Shepherd’s Hut, and four en suite B&B rooms.

Campervans

Our site is well-equipped for campervans, offering level pitches with easy access to essential amenities. Enjoy the freedom of the open road while having a comfortable base to return to each evening.

Motorhomes

We welcome motorhomes up to 6 metres in length. Our spacious pitches provide plenty of room to park and set up, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay with access to electric hook-ups and fresh water.

Tents

Whether you’re a solo adventurer or camping with family and friends, our grassy pitches provide the perfect setting for a classic camping experience. With ample space to spread out, you can enjoy nature while still being close to essential facilities.

Our campsite provides essential facilities to make your stay comfortable, including toilets, hot showers, a washing-up area, and Wi-Fi in communal areas. Cyclists can also take advantage of a covered bike rack with e-bike charging.

Covered Bike Rack

Bring your bike and lock it up securely while you explore the area. It also has access to electricity for charging e-bikes.

Dog-Friendly

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on leads. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a furry friend. See our dog policy for more details.

The bed and breakfast room was immaculate, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind for a relaxing getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the countryside views from the window added to the charm.

The hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring we felt at home without being intrusive. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – freshly prepared, it truly set the tone for the day.

We also loved how close it was to some lively beach walks. Camber Sands was a standout, offering stunning views and fresh sea air – the perfect addition to a peaceful retreat.
