Dog Policy

Well behaved and friendly dogs are welcome on the Campsite:

  • All animals MUST be on a lead at all times – no exceptions.
  • Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch.
  • Any dog mess must be cleaned up and disposed of.
  • They should be well behaved and not bark excessively.
  • Dogs should not be left unattended on the site
  • Only dogs of a friendly nature are welcome, dogs that show any aggression to people or other dogs will be asked to leave.
  • We do not allow any dangerous dogs to stay on site, please check with us if you are unsure.

Campfires

Fires are a very important part of our campsite, its part of the camping experience being able to sit around a fire in the evening and toast marshmallows, please see our price list below. Please do not bring your own as you wont be able to use it.

Fire Basket Hire

Fire Braziers are available to hire (subject to availability) and additional wood is available to buy on site

  • £11 for Fire Brazier including Bag of wood, kindling, firelighters and matches (this is for the duration of your stay not a nightly charge)
  • £6 for each additional bag of wood
  • Please order your fire on arrival, if you are staying for more than one night we advise you buy one bag of wood for each night.

Other Fires and BBQs

  • We DO NOT Accept ANY FIRES or log burning items to be bought onto site anymore, after years of unattractive burnt patches we have had to ban these items.
  • BBQs especially disposable ones must be lifted off the ground on bricks, which we have available on site. BBQs cannot be used to fires under any circumstances.

Please use the hot ash bin in the carpark for fire and bbq ash.
