We’re just a short drive from Rye and easily accessible from major roads in the area. Free parking is available on-site for all guests.

If you’re traveling by train, Rye Station is just a short taxi ride away. Alternatively, buses stop conveniently close to the campsite, providing easy connections to local attractions.

Yes we do. Unlike many of the places in Rye we have a large car park which can fit cars and minibuses in.
Check in is from 3pm – 7pm, earlier check in can be arranged in advance. All our rooms have independent access and if you think you might arrive later than 7pm let us know and we can give you the room access details.

Check out is by 10.30am.
Yes it is, we offer a freshly cooked Full English and can cater for dietary requirements if known in advance.
Yes you can. But only in our Double Standard rooms, not the King Sized or Twin Rooms. 1 large dog, or 2 small ones.
We have an array of places we can recommend if you are happy to drive, if you prefer to walk there are 3 pubs within walking distance and also a vineyard which has a pizzeria and Michelin Star restaurant. See our Things to do page.
It is between 8-9am in the Dining Room. We can try an accommodate an earlier breakfast where possible if you have to head off first thing.
Yes we do, we have an enclosed garden with picnic benches which you are welcome to use.

Absolutely, Rye is about 1 hour away from London St Pancras and its either a 5 minute bus or taxi ride to our site. If you dont have much luggage there is a fantastic walk over the fields which takes about 45 minutes.

Yes you can. We can show you a quieter scenic route off the main roads.
Yes, we do have a covered bike shelter where you can lock your bike. There is also the possibility to charge E Bikes
Yes! Literally just outside our property, the 313 goes directly to Rye and Rye Harbour 7 days a week.

Shepherd's Hut
A 2 ring hob, small fridge, kettle, toasater, microwave, sink, pots and pans and all the utensils and crockery you will need.
Check in is from 3pm – 7pm, earlier check in can be arranged in advance. If you think you might arrive later than 7pm let us know and we can give you some instructions on how to access the hut.

Yes but only in the summer months, at other times there is ample parking 30 seconds walk away.
No it not included but there is all the equipment you need in the hut including Fridge, Cooker, Toaster, Kettle and all the utensils. Depending on availability you can come into our Dining room for Breakfast for an additional cost. Please ask on arrival.
Yes they are both for the log burner and the outside brazier.

Yes there is a bistro table and bench and sun loungers. WE also provide a BBQ (Charcoal not included)
Whilst the campsite is open the field is shared with campers which is April – September.
Yes well behaved dogs are welcome – 1 large or 2 small. They must be on a lead during the camping season.

No I'm sorry we don't. We are a small quiet site and dont allow more than 2 pitches together.
No we don’t allow any amplified music of any kind. We are a small quiet site and not everybody may enjoy your music choice. You may bring a guitar though!

We don’t allocate pitches; we prefer to let people choose when they get here.
Yes you can, 1 car per pitch as long as its dry.
Yes. We have 6 flushing toilets, 4 hot showers and washing up sinks with hot water.
Not on site, but the local supermarket has got a fantastic Laundrette. There is no height restriction so any vehicle can access it.
We have 16 electric hook ups available.
Either book an electric pitch or we do have some mobile phone charging points where you can also blow up your air beds.
We have a communal Fridge and Freezer where you can keep essentials. We also have a microwave you can use.
We have Wifi access in the communal areas and some of the site.
Yes, most furry friends are more than welcome on the campsite, Bell Tent and Shepherds Hut. Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times and not disturb other campers. There are some breeds we do not accept, please see our Dog Policy for details.

We accept Tents, Motorhomes (under 6m), Campervans and Trailer Tents. Sorry we don’t accept Caravans.
All guests must check in on arrival. We accept arrivals from 12pm – 7pm (we can arrange a later check in with prior notice). Please vacate pitches by 11am.
No we don’t accept ones bought onto site, we have plenty of braziers to hire for a reasonable price.
Yes we do, £6 a bag all locally sourced and well-seasoned.
Yes. Jempsons Supermarket is a 2 minute drive away and open all week except Sundays.

Please review the following details before booking

This will ensure your stay is as seamless as possible:

Check-In & Check-Out: Arrivals from 12pm to 7pm (unless agreed in advance), and departures by 11am.
Children Policy: They are welcome on site, but please be aware that most of our guests are adults and we’re a very peaceful place and don’t have a playground or games area. We ask that children are supervised at all times and that noise is kept low to maintain the quiet atmosphere.
Dog Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead at all times.
Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a dog.
Group Bookings: As a quiet campsite, we do not accept group bookings or large parties.
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
Fire Policy: Fire baskets are available for hire.
Please refrain from bringing your own fire equipment onto the site.
