The Bed & Breakfast accommodation is located adjacent to our house in a separate building to allow independent access after check in. All 4 rooms are on the ground floor and offer the following facilities:
- Two luxury double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms
- One Luxury King sized room with a large en suite shower room
- One Luxury Superking / twin room with large en suite shower room.
- lnter connecting door between the king sized rooms.
- Full English Breakfast with toast and cereals included.
- 2 double rooms can accommodate 1 well behaved dog per room. Local Dog Visitor Day care available locally at Reggies Place
- Ample off road parking, suitable for larger vehicles such as mini buses
- Electric Car Charging Point
- All rooms include Freeview TV, hairdryer, Tea and Coffee making facilities.
- Private garden for the exclusive use of the B&B guests.
- The Oak Pub, 5 minutes walk.
- Footpath over the fields to Rye and Bus Stop to Rye outside property.
- Free Wifi
- Check in 3-7pm, check out by 10.30am. (Earlier check in by prior arrangement is possible).
- Unfortunately we cant accommodate children under the age of 16 years old.
Breakfast includes a delicious full English cooked breakfast including vegetarian option, cereals, toast, tea & coffee, and fruit drink. Gluten free and other dietary needs can be accommodated on request.
